Secretariat

The Geothermal IWG Secretariat is managed by GEORG, the Geothermal Research Cluster, in Reykjavik, Iceland. It acts as the point of contact for stakeholders, organises geothermal IWG events and meetings and ensures a constant flow of information between the IWG members.
The secretariat is supported by the support unit GEOTHERM FORA a project financed by the European Commission. In the period 2019-2022, the secretariat was supported by the project SU-DG-IWG,, project number 838814.
